1. I am 5'7
2. My highest weight was 278lbs
3. I stay motivated by talking to my nutritionist and cooking for myself (that helps a lot)
4. I track my calories through an online website called nutrihand.com. My nutritionist set up my account so she can monitor it.
5. I stick to the Paleo/Primal diet mostly because it helps control my IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and other health issues. I eat a lot of protein. I am for at least 100 grams of protein a day. I eat carbs, but limit them to under 150 grams per day. I have completely cut out processed foods from my diet. I prefer to eat whole foods and not processed crap.
