Progress So Far

Beginning of October, weight unknown
 Beginning of November, 20lbs gone (I took a 2 month break sadly)
Today side view, 30lbs gone
 Today, frontal view and 30lbs gone

I have been increasing my exercise regime.  I am adding in weight training with dumbbells.  I also eat around 1500 calories a day.  I do not eat processed foods, dairy, most grains or sugar. I am starting to feel the differences.
